Jekyll-first archive migration

The workspace now uses _posts/ as its single learning archive. The former goals, learner context, notes, practice, sources, logs, reviews, and templates have been migrated into 37 English/Chinese post pairs, each with an explicit permalink, a record-type category, and narrow topic tags for Chirpy’s category and tag views.

AGENTS.md, README.md, and the reusable post templates now define the post-only naming, metadata, bilingual, privacy, and linking rules for future records.

This is a workspace configuration change only. It adds no learner-performance evidence.
